Ukraine’s pasta exports more than doubled in MY 2025/26
Exports of pasta and couscous from Ukraine recorded the strongest growth among grain processing products in the 2025/26 marketing year.
This was reported by the Flour Millers of Ukraine association.
In MY 2025/26, Ukraine exported 29.5 thsd tons of pasta and couscous, accounting for 5.4% of total grain processing product exports. Compared with the previous marketing year, shipments increased by 129%, up from 12.9 thsd tons.
The largest importers of Ukrainian pasta products were Germany (6.4 thsd tons), Moldova (3.0 thsd tons), the United Kingdom (2.7 thsd tons), Romania (2.6 thsd tons), and Latvia (2.3 thsd tons).
At the same time, exports of groats and cereal pellets declined by 17.6% to 26.2 thsd tons. The main importers were Moldova (7.4 thsd tons), Israel (6.0 thsd tons), Romania (3.2 thsd tons), Costa Rica (2.3 thsd tons), and Lithuania (1.2 thsd tons).
