Ukraine’s grain exports approach 4 mln tons
As of September 4, Ukraine exported 3.913 mln tons of grains and pulses in the MY 2026/27, down 631 thsd tons, or 13.8%, from a year earlier.
The figures were published by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
As of September 4, Ukrainian wheat exports totaled 1.193 mln tons, down 876 thsd tons, or almost 40%, year-on-year.
Since the start of the new marketing year, Ukrainian agricultural producers have exported 0.2 thsd tons of rye. As of September 1, barley exports totaled 369 thsd tons, down 282 thsd tons, or 43.3%, from a year earlier.
Ukrainian corn exports reached 1.689 mln tons, up 803 thsd tons, or more than 90%, year-on-year.
In addition, Ukraine exported 13.9 thsd tons of flour (18.5 thsd tons in grain equivalent), up 3.3 thsd tons, or 31.1%, from a year earlier.
