Warm weather with light rain was observed on October 21-23. Provided air humidity and soil moisture are sufficient, such weather is favorable for growing winter crops. Fall planting and harvesting late crops are still in progress. Corn and other late spring crops are in good and fair condition.

Rain of various intensities occurred almost all over the country. Air temperature swings between day and night caused fog that was favorable for moistening the topsoil, UkrAgroConsult reports.

Weather forecast for November 3-8:

– Precipitation is expected in the central and northern regions (2-5 mm), in the west (5-10 mm) and east (2-10 mm), with dryness in the rest of the country;

– Air temperature will be +8 … 10°C in the West, +9 … 11°C in the North, East and Center, +10 … 12°C in the South;

– The weather conditions will be favorable for growing winter crops.
