Ukraine, Turkey and the UN agreed on the movement of ships with grain in the Black Sea
The movement of vessels with exported Ukrainian grain may resume soon.
This was reported by the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security with reference to the Joint Coordination Center in Istanbul.
It is noted that Russia will be notified of the decision.
As previously reported, due to the suspension of the “grain agreement”, the movement of 218 vessels participating in it is actually blocked. The Russian Federation announced yesterday that it was withdrawing from the agreement allegedly because of an “attack on a ship of the Black Sea Fleet.”
We will remind you that during the 88 days of operation of the Grain Corridor, 397 ships left Ukraine. The current agreement expires in November. Earlier, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that Turkey and the UN support the continuation of the “grain corridor”.
