Establishment of a new company CHV Protein for the processing and sales of the soybean products, reports UkrAgroConsult.
Theeuwes Holding B.V. and Royal Agrifirm Group have completed an agreement of combining the forces, as a result of which, a decision was made to create a new company, CHV Protein. From October 1, 2019, all soybean production and sales of all soybean products will be carried out by the new legal entity CHV Protein. The company Thegra Ukraine will focus its efforts on trade and export activities in the market of agricultural products – cereals, legumes, oilseeds and niches.
