Ukraine 2024 SB harvest was record, entirely due to record area. Yield, however, dropped — the lowest in four years due to the 2024 drought.
Soy exports (Sep 2024–Apr 2025) hit a record. As of early May, this is 77% of the export forecast in 2024/25.

As of mid-May, weather improved, late spring crop planting gained momentum, and soybean sowing is now at its fastest pace in five years.

Soybean area in 2025 is expected to decrease (-9% y/y), yet it would still be the second-largest in Ukraine’s history.
