“Ukrainian wheat, corn, and other crops that our farmers grow with great effort are shipped to Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. We are talking about about 400 million people for whom our help is a matter of life and death,” he said.
As part of the Presidential Humanitarian Initiative, more than 280 thousand tons of agricultural products (wheat and flour, corn, peas, oil) have already been sent to 12 countries in Africa and Asia.
“As a result of the two summits, more than $290 million in donor funds have been raised,” Koval reminded.
