Starting July 1, Ukrainian agricultural producers can register for the country’s new duty-free soybean and rapeseed export program, aimed at creating transparent and predictable export rules. Applications are submitted exclusively through the State Agrarian Register (DAR), Ukraine’s digital platform for agricultural producers. The program is open to both agricultural companies and individual farmers.

Applications for rapeseed exports will be accepted from July 1 to April 1, while soybean applications will open on September 1 and run until June 1 of the following year. Export volumes are limited to 5 tonnes of rapeseed and 3.5 tonnes of soybeans per hectare of agricultural land. Producers are also allowed to update their declared harvest data once during the application period.

According to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture, the new system is designed to digitalize export administration, reduce bureaucracy, and provide greater transparency for both producers and the government. Authorities encourage eligible farmers to register through DAR in a timely manner to secure access to the duty-free export mechanism for the 2026/27 marketing season.
