Ukraine. Oliyar bringing vegetable oil refining to a new level
A specialized oil refining line was put into operation at Oliyar’s plant in the course of expanding and optimizing its current production of sunflower and rapeseed oils. The line allows making both water hydration and one-stage special hydration.
The new equipment makes it possible to adjust settings in the process of separation (taking into account variable composition of the natural product), raise yield, and ensure high quality of the finished product in line with the specifications. The system makes production more flexible due to carrying out all the refining processes on the same separator, UkrAgroConsult reports.
The design allows saving energy and reducing maintenance works and downtime.
