Ukraine. Kherson and Olvia seaports to be transferred to concessioners by the end of 2021
The state-owned enterprise Kherson Commercial Sea Port will be transferred for operation to the concessioner (Risoil-Kherson) by the end of March 2021. The state-owned enterprise Olvia Stevedoring Company will be handed over to the Qatari company Qterminals late in the fall.
According to the Infrastructure Ministry, preparations are underway for launching concessions for a ferry and a container terminal in the seaport of Chornomorsk, a passenger terminal in the Odesa port, and state-owned stevedoring companies in the Izmail, Berdyansk, and Mariupol ports.
It is projected to privatize the ports of Skadovsk, Ust-Dunaisk, and Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky, UkrAgroConsult reports.
