Ukraine is the main supplier of sunflower oil to Egypt in 2025
Ukraine became the largest supplier of sunflower oil to Egypt in 2025, confirming its strong position in the global agricultural market. In total, Egypt imported 358 thousand tons of this product worth $479 million, which indicates stable demand for sunflower oil.
Ukraine provided the largest share of supplies — 155 thousand tons. Other key exporters include Russia (136 thousand tons), Bulgaria (29 thousand tons), Romania (19 thousand tons) and Argentina (18 thousand tons)
