Ukraine has finished harvesting crops
Ukraine has finished harvesting crops. This was officially announced by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy. According to preliminary data, the volume of harvested grain crops, compared to the corresponding date in 2023, is 11.1% higher due to higher yields of most crops, which was formed against the background of favorable agrometeorological conditions during the period of filling and ripening.
In terms of grain crops (according to preliminary data)
– wheat harvest is up 8.4% compared to the same period in 2023
– barley – by 5.4%, respectively;
– corn – by 13.1%, respectively.
Along with this, oilseeds were harvested:
– soybeans – by 38.8% more compared to the corresponding date in 2023
– sunseed – by 5.7%, respectively;
– rapeseed – by 20.7%, respectively;
– sugar beet was also dug by 19.9% more.
