Ukraine harvested almost 25 mln tons of grain crops
As of August 15, 2025, Ukraine has harvested 24,805.9 thsd tonnes of early grain and leguminous crops from an area of 6,186.6 thsd ha. This accounts for 55% of the areas sown with these crops.
Specifically:
- Wheat: 18,985.7 thsd tonnes harvested from 4,396.2 thsd ha.
- Barley: 4,732.0 thsd tonnes harvested from 1,247.2 thsd ha.
- Peas: 573.5 thsd tonnes harvested from 230.3 thsd ha.
- Other grains and legumes: 513.1 thsd tonnes harvested from 310.8 thsd ha.
Leading regions include:
- Odesa Oblast: 3,425.3 thsd tonnes harvested from 1,070.4 thsd ha.
- Kirovohrad Oblast: 2,204.0 thsd tonnes harvested from 533.4 thsd ha.
- Vinnytsia Oblast: 2,082.9 thsd tonnes harvested from 337.6 thsd ha.
Rapeseed harvest has reached 3,014.5 thsd tonnes from 1,184.8 thsd ha.
Buckwheat harvesting has begun in Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts.
