Ukraine harvested 28.4 mln tons of grain

As of August 29, 2025, Ukraine has harvested 28.37 mln tons of early grains and pulses from 6.89 mln ha, representing 61% of the sown area for these crops.

Breakdown by crop:

• Wheat – 21.86 mln tons from 5.00 mln ha

• Barley – 5.16 mln tons from 1.34 mln ha

• Peas – 0.59 mln tons from 0.26 mln ha

• Other grains and pulses – 0.75 mln tons from 0.27 mln ha

Top regions by harvest volume:

• Odesa – 3.45 mln tons from 1.09 mln ha

• Vinnytsia – 2.39 mln tons from 0.42 mln ha

• Khmelnytskyi – 2.10 mln tons from 0.30 mln ha

• Kirovohrad – 2.21 mln tons from 0.53 mln ha

Other crops:

• Rapeseed – 3.19 mln tons from 1.27 mln ha

• Soybeans – 0.01 mln tons from 0.0073 mln ha

• Sunseed – 0.013 mln tons from 0.015 mln ha
