Ukraine. First silos of a new silo park installed at EVT’s terminal
LLC EVT Grain, running a grain terminal in the specialized sea port of Olvia, has completed the assembly of the first two silos of a new silo park. The construction of the new silos will help increase the terminal’s storage capacity to 270 KMT by the beginning of the marketing year.
In 2020, the terminal will implement the final development stage. The company has announced the construction of 20 silos for grain storage, a 180 m-long and 11.5 m-deep berth, and the installation of one more cargo loader. After expanding the storage spaces and launching additional handling equipment, the terminal’s throughput will reach 4 MMT a year, UkrAgroConsult reports.
