Ukraine exports 36.7 mln tonnes of grain since July 1
Ukrainian agribusinesses exported 36.7 million tonnes of grain from July 1, 2018, the start of the 2018-2019 marketing year (MY), to March 27, 2019.
In particular, Ukraine exported 13.2 million tonnes of wheat, 3.3 million tonnes of barley, and 19.5 million tonnes of maize, according to the Ukrainian Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry's press service.
Over the period under review, agrarians also shipped 195,000 tonnes of flour to foreign customers, it said.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Ukrainian agribusinesses in MY 2017-2018 exported 39.9 million tonnes of grain, according to the ministry.
