Ukraine exported over 37 million tons of grain
As of April 10, in 2023/2024 MY Ukraine exported 37 mln 086 thsd tonnes of grains and pulses, which is 1 mln 738 thsd tonnes or 1.04 times less than last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Exports of Ukrainian wheat amounted to 14 mln 541 thsd tonnes, which is 1 mln 206 thsd tonnes or 1.09 times more than last year.
Ukrainian farmers also exported 2 million 117 thousand tons of barley and 1.0 thousand tons of rye.
Exports of Ukrainian corn amounted to 20 mln 133 thsd tonnes, which is 2 mln 725 thsd tonnes or 1.13 times less than last year.
In addition, 82.1 thou tons of flour (or 109.5 thou tons in terms of grain) were exported, which is 38.0 thou tons or 1.46 times less than last year.
As a reminder, the exports of agricultural products in the first half of 2023/24 MY are 17% lower than last year.
