Ukraine. DP World closed a deal for buying TIS terminal

The large global port operator DP World (Dubai, the UAE) completed the purchase of a 51% stake in the TIS Container Terminal located in the Ukrainian seaport of Pivdenny. Now DP World will have a direct connection between its terminals in Constanta, Yarimca and Pivdenny using its own feeder network UniFeeder, UkrAgroConsult reports on the basis of TIS press service.
