Grain should be delivered to Sudan, Yemen, Kenya and Nigeria.
The Ministry of Finance must carry out the mentioned expenses at the expense of the reserve fund of the state budget. The task of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is to agree with the UN and other bodies on the issue of grain deliveries from Ukrainian seaports.
As a reminder, Ukraine has already collected $180 million for the implementation of the Grain From Ukraine initiative. As part of the project, about 60 ships with grain will depart from Ukrainian ports. Each such vessel will provide food for 90,000 people.
