Ukraine. A new river elevator to be built on the Dnipro River
LLC Craneship, which belongs to Transship Group, will build a grain elevator in Poltava region. This is necessary for starting grain transportation along the Dnipro River. The elevator’s first stage will feature the following:
- storage capacity at 40 KMT
- a grain dryer with a capacity of 1000 MT/day.
- loading to vessels at a rate of 4-5 KMT/day (two river vessels).
The company is set to increase its land bank and develop purchasing operations. Such steps will make it possible to construct the elevator’s second stage, UkrAgroConsult reports.
