Ukraine. A new grain terminal to be built in the port of Chornomorsk

It is projected to build a third facility for grain transportation, handling and storage in the Chornomorsk sea port. The construction is planned by LLC Specialized Grain Terminal Chornomorsk, which belongs to Gran-Export Group. The new grain terminal with a conveyor gallery towaards berths No. 5 and 6 of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority will be constructed on Transportna St.
Its grain storage capacity is projected at 130 KMT, with handling capacity at 2.5 MMT a year. The facility will be capable of receiving grains at a rate of 1000 MT/hour from trucks and 1000 MT/hour from railcars, UkrAgroConsult reports.
