Port operators of the Pivdenny seaport handled 1.343 million tons of grain in November 2021, updating the absolute record for grain handling in a month. This was reported by the press service of the administration of the port “Pivdenny”.

In November 2021, the port operators of the Pivdenny seaport updated their own record for the monthly grain handling volume – 1342.9 thousand tons. This is more than the previous similar record figure set in August this year by 26.7 thousand tons, ”the press service said.

According to preliminary data, the total cargo turnover of the Pivdenny port in November 2021 amounted to 5.092 million tons.

In January-November 2021, the cargo turnover of the Pivdenny seaport amounted to 47.695 million tons, including grain transshipment – 8.57 million tons.

The Pivdenny seaport is located on the shores of the Adzhalyk estuary on the northwestern coast of the Black Sea. The number of cargo berths is 19, the length of the cargo berth front is 4.946 kilometers. Since June 21, 2014, the port has a draft of 18.5 meters.
