Turkey reducing import tax on sunflower oil
Turkey has reduced the minimum threshold for customs value (benchmark price) of sunflower oil from USD 1000/MT to USD 800/MT in response to the ban on sunflower seed exports from the Eurasian Economic Union countries.
Currently, the import tax on sunflower oil equals 36%, the customs duty will amount to USD 288/MT.
The new price shall be applied to June 30, 2020, inclusive, UkrAgroConsult reports.
