Turkey holds a tender for the purchase of sunflower oil
On March 20, the Turkish Grain Agency (TMA) held an international tender for the purchase of 18,000 tons of unrefined sunflower oil for delivery on April 2-21 on a CFR basis. This was reported by the Zerno On-line agency with reference to European traders.
18,000 tons of oil were purchased:
- 6,000 tons from Yayla with delivery to the port of Mersin/Iskenderun at $1,208.9/ton
- 6,000 tons from Aves with delivery to the port of Mersin/Iskenderun at $1,209/ton
- 6,000 tons from Aves with delivery to the port of Tekirdag at $1,195/ton
