Tunisia launches tender to buy 75 thsd tons of soft wheat
Tunisia’s state grains agency has launched an international tender to purchase 75 thsd tons of soft milling wheat, according to European traders. The purchase is intended to secure the country’s grain supplies ahead of the next import cycle.
The wheat is being sought in three consignments of 25 thsd tons each, with supplies accepted from optional origins. This allows exporters from different regions to compete for the contract.
The deadline for submitting price offers is July 21. Shipment is requested between August 10 and September 9, depending on the origin of the wheat supplied.
