Top 10 buyers of Ukrainian wheat in the 2024/25 marketing year
Wheat exports from Ukraine in the 2024/25 marketing year totaled 15.5 million tons, valued at $3.16 billion (with production amounting to about 22.4 million tons).
According to the Ukrainian Grain Association on Facebook, the leading buyers of Ukrainian grain were countries in the Mediterranean region and Southeast Asia.
The top 10 buyers are as follows:
- Spain – 3.22 million tons
- Egypt – 2.11 million tons
- Algeria – 1.9 million tons
- Indonesia – 1.59 million tons
- Vietnam – 1 million tons
- Bangladesh – 1 million tons
- Tunisia – 763 thousand tons
- Italy – 735 thousand tons
- Thailand – 642 thousand tons
- Yemen – 516 thousand tons
