The main buyer of Ukrainian sunflower oil reduced imports by 4 times

This was reported by the Solvent Extractor’s Association of India (SEA), reports the Times of India.
Thus, 572.5 thousand tons of palm oil were delivered to India in April, compared to 539.8 thousand tons in March.
At the same time, imports of sunflower oil to India fell to 54.4 thousand tons last month compared to 212.5 thousand tons in March, as supplies from Ukraine’s main supplier were suspended due to hostilities.
According to SEA, imports of soybean oil to the country in April fell by 9% to 273.15 thousand tons.
