The first mln tons of Ukrainian grain were exported in the new season
The volume of grain and pulses crops exports from Ukraine in the MY 2025/26 as of July 25 amounted to 998 thousand tons, which is 2.8 times less than the previous season’s figure (2.78 million tons).
This is evidenced by the data of the State Customs Service, published by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Thus, 356 thousand tons of wheat were exported, which is also almost three times less than last year’s volumes.
Barley supplies to foreign markets are 123 thousand tons compared to 380 thousand tons on the same date.
Rye has not been exported since the beginning of the season.
Corn was exported in 514 thousand tons, which is also significantly less than shipments last season.
Flour exports from Ukraine amounted to 2.7 thousand tons, which is 29% less than last year’s figure.
For reference: in the MY 2024/25, exports of grain and pulses crops amounted to 40.6 million tons: wheat – 15.7 million tons; barley – 2.3 million tons; rye – 10.8 thousand tons; corn – 22 million tons; flour – 71.1 thousand tons.
