Tender Notice for Greenhouse Suppliers

- Objectives
Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) currently conducts the technical assistance for enhancement of horticulture farming techniques of local producers in collaboration with Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food and Ministry of Education and Science. To demonstrate some of advanced technologies, the greenhouse will be newly installed in the campus of Nemishaeve Vocational College in Bucha district, Kyiv region by employing qualified Ukrainian contractor.
- Scope of Services
Procurement and installation of advanced greenhouses (floor area: 240 m2) with heaters, drip irrigation system, climate control system, ancillary equipment and materials.
- Methodology of Bidding
The Two-Envelope Bidding Method is applied. The bidders shall submit two separate sealed envelopes, namely Envelope 1: Technical Proposal about the bidder’s qualifications, track records, and proposed equipment, while Envelope 2: Financial Proposal stipulates the bid price.
- Expressions of Interest (EoI)
Ukrainian contractors with ample experiences in design, procurement and installation of greenhouse equipment who are interested in this bidding are requested to send their Expression of Interest by email to the JICA Survey Team by April 14th, 2025, 10:00 AM Ukrainian time. The language of the submission must be English only.
- Bidding Document
The copy of bidding document will be emailed to all the prospective bidders on April 16th, 2025.
- Eligibility Criteria
Participation in this tender is permitted only for Ukrainian enterprises officially registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
