Sunseed prices have risen in Ukraine
Strong demand from processors in the sunflower seed market is driving prices higher, despite relatively stable prices in the oil market.
During the week of March 20–27, sunflower prices increased by UAH 1,000 to UAH 30,500.00/t (USD 695.46/t).
Processing plants are building up stocks of raw crops, anticipating a rise in oil exports and support for oil prices due to increased export duties on oil in russia.
