Sunoil sale contracts in Russia to be registered with exchange
The sub-commission on customs tariff regulation has approved a proposal to amend the government resolution stipulating mandatory registration of off-exchange grain contracts with the exchange. The amendment consists in extending this requirement to sale contracts for sunflower oil.
The measure is imposed for generating national exchange indicators and their subsequent use for calculating the export duty rate on the commodity, which will become effective from September 1, 2021, UkrAgroConsult reports.
