South Korea purchased 50 thsd tons of milling wheat.
Today, December 3, a group of South Korean millers purchased 30,300 tons of milling wheat from the United States at auction on a FOB basis, according to Reuters.
The wheat was purchased from Bunge:
- 11,600 tons of soft white wheat (SWW) with a protein content of 9.5-11% at $243.00 per ton;
- 5,800 tons of hard red wheat (HRW) with a protein content of 11.5% at $250.00 per ton;
- 12,900 tons of dark northern spring wheat (DNS) with a protein content of 14% at $277.00 per ton.
According to the tender terms, shipment will take place from February 1 to 15, 2026.
