South Korea purchased 32,000 tons of milling wheat
On March 11, a group of South Korean millers purchased 32,000 tons of milling wheat from the United States, Reuters reports.
The wheat was purchased from United Grain Corporation for delivery from July 15 to July 31 on a FOB basis:
- Soft White Wheat (SWW) with a protein content of 9.5-11%, priced at $230 per ton;
- Hard Red Wheat (HRW) with a protein content of 11.5%, priced from $270 per ton;
- Dark Northern Spring Wheat (DNS) with a protein content of 14%, priced from $270 per ton.
