South Korea purchased 268 thsd tons of feed corn.
According to updated data, South Korean company Major Feedmill Group (MFG) purchased 268,000 tonnes of feed corn at an international auction on December 17, Reuters reported.
Four corn shipments were purchased on a C&F basis:
- two shipments of 66,000 tonnes from ADM at $255.50, plus the March CBOT corn contract plus 211.5 cents per bushel, for delivery to South Korea in March 2026;
- one shipment (68,000 tonnes) from Olam at $253.33 per tonne C&F plus a second-port unloading premium of $1.50 per tonne, for delivery to South Korea in April 2026;
- one shipment (68 thousand tons) from CHS at a price of $253.33 per ton on a C&F basis plus a surcharge for unloading at a second port of $1.5 per ton with delivery to South Korea in April 2026.
