SAEC authorized for Kernel grain storages acquisition
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has granted permission to the South Agrarian Export Company (SAEC) group to acquire two Kernel grain elevators.
"A permission is granted to SAEC Group of Companies (Mykolaiv) for acquisition of shares in the authorized capital of Oiltransterminal LLC (Mykolaiv) and Bug Elevator (legal address in Poltava), providing for excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme management body of the companies," stated in the report.
By the YouControl analytical system, Kernel-Trade is the ultimate beneficiary of Oiltransterminal. The ultimate beneficiary of Bug Elevator is Andrey Verevskiy, the founder of Kernel.
Previously reported that the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine approved Razdolie company to lease the assets of Bug Elevator (legal address in Poltava).
