Russia will import at least 1 MMT of palm oil this season
Palm oil imports to Russia in MY 2020/21 (September-May) totaled 781.3 KMT (-3% y-o-y, the three-year low). Imports from the key suppliers changed as follows: Indonesia (+2%) and Malaysia (-49%).
Taking into account the pace of imports in the last three seasons, palm oil purchases in MY 2020/21 will be at least 1 MMT, UkrAgroConsult reports.
