Russia. VTB bought out Kernel’s stake in the Taman grain terminal

Ukraine’s agricultural holding Kernel sold to VTB Bank its last asset in Russia – a 50% stake in a grain terminal in Taman. The state-owned bank already has terminals in Novorossiysk and other grain business facilities. The bank acquired 50% in Cyprus-based Taman Grain Terminal Holdings Ltd, which owns the terminal. The other 50% remained in the hands of the international trader Glencore, UkrAgroConsult reports.
