Russia. VAT on palm oil doubled from October 1
The VAT rate for palm oil is raised from 10 percent to 20 percent from October 1, 2019. According to preliminary assessments, the abolition of the tax benefit is to bring extra RUB 4.5-5.0 Bl worth of revenues to the state budget, reports UkrAgroConsult.
