Russia stepping up shipments in tank containers

In March 2020, the first tank-container train with rape oil (80 tank containers, roughly 2 KMT) produced by Blago Group left Barnaul for China.

The shipment is made by AllianceTransTorg Company jointly with PJSC TransContainer; it is supported by OJSC Russian Railways and JSC KTZ Express.

In 2019, export deliveries of rape oil and meal from Altai region increased to 19.6 KMT against 6.2 KMT in 2018. The introduction of new logistics technologies will lead to further growth in exports, UkrAgroConsult reports.
