Russia. A large oil extractor to be constructed in Orenburg region. Whose project will be implemented?

Two large projects for building an oil extraction plant in the town of Buzuluk are under consideration at the government of Orenburg region, UkrAgroConsult reports.
Rostov-based JSC Aston:
– the design capacity is 1 MMT of oilseeds a year;
– the investment project costs RUB 1 Bl;
– setting up a logistics hub is projected in the future.
Nizhny Novgorod Fat-and-Oil Plant Group:
– the design capacity is 1 MMT of oilseeds a year;
– the investment project costs RUB 23.4 Bl;
– the construction of a sunoil bottling line with a capacity of 125 KMT of packed sunflower oil a year;
– the construction of a line for producing sauces and mayonnaises with a capacity of 80 KMT a year.
