Sergey Feofilov – Director General of UkrAgroConsult, Ph.D. in Economics.

Founder of UkrAgroConsult company – the first Ukrainian consulting agency specializing in agricultural sector of Ukraine and Black Sea region (since 1994).

Sergey Feofilov has more than 20 years of expertise in analysis of agricultural market of Ukraine and the Black Sea countries. He has broad national and international contacts in trading, banking and investment spheres, is a recognized speaker at the major international agri conferences. Sergey was trained under a number of national and international programs (1997 – UK, 2006 – USA).

In 1980 he graduated from the Kiev Technological Institute of the Food Industry.

He began his career in 1971 as a mechanic of mechanical assembly works at the Kiev plant “Tsukoravtomat”.

After graduation, he worked as a commissioning engineer for instrumentation and automation equipment at the same enterprise, then in the apparatus of the former Ministry of Food Industry of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as Gospischeprom, Ukrpischeprom, State Department of Food) in positions from senior engineer to head of the State Department of State Food Industry.

From April 03, 2000 he has been working as a technical director, and from November 09, 2006 to the present time, as a general director of the Ukroliyaprom association.

Agronomist, with postgraduate degree in sugarcane/biofuel industry and extension in economy.

Current Managing Partner of Veeries, responsible for the analysis of commodity markets.

Oksana Prosolenko has wide experience and succeeded in implementing various development projects, expanding markets, attracting investments and entering into foreign markets for Ukrainian livestock, poultry and crops. Has significant experience in cooperation with industry and cross-industry associations, government commissions, holds a wide network of local and international business contacts. Graduated from AgroМВА KMBS. Among the most significant implemented projects are participation in the IPO on the London Stock Exchange, development of poultry export and support for entering the EU market, certification of Ukrainian corn for deliveries to the PRC, development of the market for the supply of soybeans and its processed products, corn, barley from Ukraine.

Orest is a Senior Associate at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang Ukraine. Orest joined CMS from an international trading company where he was a Senior Legal Counsel for the Black Sea and Asia (excluding China) and covered a wide range of matters, including agriproducts trade transactions (plain vanilla and structured deals), acquisitions of inland and port silos, project financing and transactions concerning land. He has over ten years of experience in cross-border finance, capital markets, debt restructuring and international physical and financial commodities trading.

Orest is experienced in advising on international trade and the transportation of a wide range of commodities (with a focus on grains, oilseeds and vegetable oil).

Orest’s recent experience includes advising Export-Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM), the export credit agency of South Korea, on a secured US$36 million financing to Grain Terminal Holdings, a Singapore-based joint venture between Posco International (Korea’s largest trading company) and the Orexim Group (a leading agri transshipment and exporting company in Ukraine) that controls a Ukrainian grain terminal (MMW) based in Mykolaiv, Ukraine.
