Oleksandr Usyk has invested $1.5 million in agribusiness near Kyiv
Ukrainian boxer and absolute heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk has invested $1.5 million in agribusiness.
He told about it in an interview with Forbes Ukraine.
“In general, I’ve liked agriculture since childhood. I buy land, grow berries, and have lakes. I have a partner, my oldest farmer friend. He got me involved in growing blueberries in Vyshhorod, which are then sold in bulk. You can fish and swim on the lakes for money,” the boxer said.
Usyk added that he has invested about $6 million of his own money in projects ranging from agriculture to the auto business, but boxing remains his main source of income.
