Oksana Osmachko participated in the 23rd international conference BLACK SEA GRAIN

Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Oksana Osmachko joined the 23rd annual international conference BLACK SEA GRAIN — a leading communication platform that traditionally unites participants in the agricultural market: producers, traders, processors, investors, logistics companies, banks, representatives of exchanges, governments and industry associations.
This year’s event highlighted key issues for the agricultural community, in particular, productivity and fertility of lands in the Black Sea region, export capabilities, and also emphasized the strategic importance of the openness of the Black Sea routes and the functioning of the ports of Greater Odesa.
In her speech, Oksana Osmachko expressed gratitude to Ukrainian farmers for their selfless work, endurance and significant contribution to strengthening the state. It is thanks to them that the Ukrainian agricultural industry not only holds its own, but also continues to strengthen the country’s economy.
The Deputy Minister also shared the key guidelines of the agricultural policy for 2025–2026. Among the priorities are the transition from a raw material model to deep processing, the development of innovations, increasing the added value of products, expanding export markets, and strengthening the economic sustainability of the sector.
