MHP pays USD 30 mln of dividend for 2019
MHP Board of Directors approved on 13 April 2020 a distribution of an interim dividend for 2019 to the company’s shareholders.
The interim dividend of USD 0.2803 per share (total amount of the interim dividend being USD 30 mln) will be paid on 28 April 2020 to the company's shareholders whose name is entered in its register of members as of 24 April 2020.
"There would be no Cyprus withholding tax on the interim dividend payable to non-Cyprus tax resident Shareholders of MHP SE. Shareholders, whose personal income is subject to withholding tax in their country of residency, have to seek additional information from their personal legal, tax and financial advisors," the message reads.
Previously reported that MHP posted a net profit of USD 215 mln for 12M 2019, 68% higher YoY (12M 2018: USD 128 mln).
