Lebanon buys over 90% of Ukrainian live cattle exported
In January-May 2026, Ukraine exported 9.3 thousand tons of live cattle – 9.4% more than in the same period last year.
This is evidenced by data from the State Customs Service.
In monetary terms, exports increased by 11.1%, compared to the first five months of 2025, to $21 million.
Among the largest buyers of domestic live cattle during the first five months of this year are Lebanon (91.5%), Saudi Arabia and Libya (3.4% each).
