Kernel increased sales of sunflower oil
Kernel oil extraction plants processed 2.54 million tons of crops in the three quarters of FY2026 (ended March 31, 2026), which is 2% more than in the previous season. This is stated in the company’s report.
Sunflower oil sales volumes increased by 7%, amounting to almost 1.1 million tons.
At the same time, the company exported 4.25 million tons of grain during the reporting period, which is 4% less than in the previous season.
Grain transshipment at the agricultural holding’s export terminals in Ukraine decreased by 6% to 6.9 million tons.
Kernel elevators received 4 million tons of grain and oilseeds during the specified period, which is 50% more than in the three quarters of FY2025. The company explained that this increase in grain volumes at the elevators was facilitated by a change in the crop structure, in particular an increase in corn volumes, as well as work with third-party suppliers.
