Kazakhstan exported 7 mln tons of grain

KTZ reported on the volume of grain exports of the new harvest. It is noted that from September 2024 to April 13, 2025, it amounted to 7 million tons. This is 35.2% more than a year ago.
The main destinations for Kazakhstan’s grain exports remain the countries of Central Asia.
- Deliveries to Uzbekistan increased by 23.5% – from 2 million tons to 2.6 million tons.
- Exports to Tajikistan increased by 33.7% – from 681 thousand tons to 1,027 thousand tons.
- To Afghanistan – by 26% – from 198 thousand tons to 267 thousand tons.
- To Kyrgyzstan – by 49.7% – from 83 thousand tons to 165 thousand tons.
Significant growth in exports was also recorded in the directions of Iran and Azerbaijan. Kazakh grain supplies to Iran increased by 15.2 times — from 54 thousand tons to 825 thousand tons. To Azerbaijan — by 99.4 times: from 5 thousand tons to 497 thousand tons.
Kazakhstan continues to strengthen its position in regional food markets, ensuring stable supplies of high-quality grain abroad.
