Jordan makes no wheat purchase in tender and issues a new one
Jordan is believed to have made no purchase in an international tender for 120 thsd tons of milling wheat that closed on July 21. According to European traders, only two companies, Bunge and Solaris, participated in the tender, but no deals were concluded.
Traders said the country has already issued a new international tender to purchase 120 thsd tons of milling wheat. The deadline for submitting offers is August 4. As in the previous tender, shipments are requested during the full months of September and October.
