Jordan makes no purchase in tender for 120 thsd tons of wheat
Jordan’s state grain buyer made no purchase in an international tender for 120 thsd tons of milling wheat, which closed on September 1. Only three companies participated in the tender — CHS, Cargill and Olam.
Jordan is expected to issue a new wheat tender in the coming days, tentatively scheduled to close on September 15. Shipments are expected to be sought for the second half of October and the first half of November.
