Jordan did not make a purchase under the tender for feed barley
Jordan made no purchase in an international tender for 120 thsd tons of feed barley that closed on August 26. According to traders, only two companies participated in the tender — Olam and Bunge.
Jordan is expected to issue a new tender for 120 thsd tons of feed barley in the coming days, with bids due on September 2. Shipments in consignments of 50–60 thsd tons are expected in either the first or second half of October.
